1. How much do replacement windows cost?

A: Prices very based on size, type, and quality. We only carry manufacturers with a long history of making quality American made windows here in California to support our local economy. 2. How long does it take to complete my window project?

A: The average lead time for vinyl replacement projects is 3 weeks but depends on the manufacturer you have chosen. If you order special product that contains a dark color or black exterior then that takes about 2 weeks longer. Fiberglass, Alum-Clad, and Wood-Clad can take up 6 to 8 weeks.

3. What areas do you service?

A: We serve all of Los Angeles County, Ventura County, Orange County and parts of San Bernandino and Riverside county.

4. I have a crack in my glass and want to change it for new glass.

A: Sorry we do not offer glass replacement or fix any kind of broken glass. We do not do IG (Insulated Glass) replacement. We sell energy efficient New Replacement Windows and Patio Sliding/French doors.

5. I bought windows, how much do you charge to install them?

A: Sorry, but we only install products we sell. This is for liability and insurance reasons. If we installed product we are not an authorized dealer of we then become liable and responsible for that product that we have not vetted.

If you purchased product thinking its a way to save money it is unlikely you’ll ever find a company that will install it, and if you do they will charge sometimes as much as triple what we charge or standard installers do. So there goes any savings you tried to save money on now because now it will cost either the same or more money, except now you’ll probably also have an inferior and cheap window.

Trust us this is not the way to go, we get dozens of calls daily asking for window repairs of these cheap low quality box store windows like in Home Depot and Lowes. In the long run you will spend a lot more for your window project and in most cases have a less quality product.

6. I need to replace the door in my home.

7. My windows are leaking and there is moisture in them.

A: Sounds like the seals have broken. We do not offer a repair service that will change the Insulated Glass Unit (IG) out. You can save some money looking for a window glazier for repair and have the same problem a few years from now. If you want to change it for a new window now for just an additional $150 to $200 we can help if you have 3 or more windows. Doing 1 or 2 windows at a time can be expensive and in that case we recommend just contacting a glazier or handy man for the IG Unit repair.

8. Do you sell screens? I have a tears in my screens and others are falling apart.

A: Sorry we do not offer a meshing and repair service. If you are getting new windows from us, all of them come with new screens.
9. I need a shower door replaced.

A: Sorry we do not offer or sell shower doors.

10. I need my bedroom closet mirror replaced.

A: Sorry we do not offer or sell mirrors.

11. Do you sell Closet doors?

A: Sorry we do not sell any closet doors at this time.

12. I need a piece of glass for my table top.

A: Sorry we do not sell glass just new windows and patio/french Doors.

13. What form of payments do you take?

A: We accept most forms of payments such as Checks, Cash and all Major credit cards. All credit card payments have a surcharge we split with us paying 2% and the customer 2% of the total. Bank debt cards have no fees. ACH has a $10 fee.
